美国公司经营范围
在美国注册公司，经营范围没有太多限制，只要是法律不禁止的都可以从事。某些行业需要特别许可才能从事，如银行，信托，保险等行业。
很多州不要求在注册证书上写明经营范围，例如加州，其注册证书上会写如下字眼：
The purpose of the corporation is to engage in any lawful act or activity for which a corporation may be organized under the GENERAL CORPORATION LAW of
California other than the banking business, the trust company business or the practice of a profession permitted to be incorporated by the California Corporations Code.
有些州需要明确经营范围，对其所从事的经营范围要写明，如在马里兰，注册公司时需要在证书上体现公司主要从事哪方面业务，以下是一家马里兰公司注册证书上有关经营范围的书写：
The corporation is formed to thee following purposes: a leading online commerce business specializing in providing laptop accessories,phone parts,home and garden products.
但是公司注册成立之后，具体从事业务是要取得相关牌照。
主要经营业务填好后，如果之后的业务类型不相符，以后还可以更改。
